At Beed Hindu Vivah, we strive to provide the best matchmaking services. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. General Policy
- All payments made on the platform are non-refundable by default.
- Once a service is activated, it cannot be reversed.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Payment deducted but service not activated
- Technical error from our system
👉 In such cases, refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after payment
- Not finding a suitable match
- Incorrect information provided by user
- Inactivity or non-usage of service
4. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
